Pick up and Drop offs are scheduled by appointment only. Please show up at the scheduled time.

We know life happens and events may make you be early or late. Please let us know as soon as possible

CHECK IN

Check ins are scheduled by appointment only. The first day of drop off, regardless of the time of day, is charged the full day rate.

CHECK OUT

Check outs are arranged by appointment only.

Checkout prior to 12pm do not get charged for the day

Checkouts after 12pm will be charged an additional day's fee

This policy is in place because we intentionally have a lower number of kennels and have to work around vacancies in the kennels while scheduling your pup's stay.
